Most believers pray regularly. Fewer believers pray effectively. Today, that changes.
We are excited to announce the official release of the DDMI Prayer Compendium, Pray Right, Pray Powerfully, a free resource from Divine Dynamites Ministry International built for every believer who is serious about their prayer life.
This is not a collection of religious words to recite.
It is a structured, Scripture-grounded, Spirit-led daily prayer guide built entirely on the biblical principles that separate prayers that produce results from prayers that go unanswered.
Why We Built This Resource
James 5:16 gives us one of the most powerful statements in the entire New Testament:
“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much.”
The same Bible says in James 4:3:
“You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss.”
Both verses are true. Both verses are in the same book. And together, they tell us something important: God is not deaf, but how we pray matters.
Many believers have been taught to pray without being taught how to pray. They know prayer is important.
They know they should do it, but no one has shown them the difference between a prayer that is energized, aligned, and faith-filled and one that is vague, fear-driven, and disconnected from the Word.
That is the gap this compendium was built to close.
What Is Effectual, Fervent Prayer?
The phrase “effectual fervent” comes from the Greek word “energeo,” meaning active, operative, and energized. It is the same root word we get “energy” from.
Fervent prayer is not simply emotional or loud prayer. It is intentional, focused, and alive. It is prayer that is:
- Faith-based: coming to God in genuine belief that He hears and answers (Hebrews 11:6)
- Specific: asking with precision, not vague generality (Matthew 20:32)
- Persistent: holding ground in faith without giving up (Luke 18:1)
- Word-aligned: praying according to His revealed will (1 John 5:14)
- Surrendered: trusting God’s wisdom over your own agenda (Luke 22:42)
These are not our principles. They are the principles Jesus modelled in the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9–13), and the pattern the early apostles followed in Acts 4:24–30.
What Is Inside the Prayer Compendium?
The DDMI Prayer Compendium contains 10 chapters of daily prayers and declarations, each one built on a specific biblical foundation and written in the first person so you can pray it directly and personally.
Here is what is covered:
Introduction: A Word Before You Pray
An introduction to the theology of effectual prayer. Why some prayers go unanswered, what praying amiss actually means, and the five principles that underpin every prayer in this compendium.
Chapter 1: Morning Prayer
A daily prayer for alignment before the demands of the day begin. Built on Psalm 5:3 and the structure of the Lord’s Prayer.
Chapter 2: Prayer for Personal Breakthrough
A specific, faith-based prayer for the areas of your life where you are standing in faith and believing God for a result. Grounded in Jeremiah 29:11 and Matthew 7:7.
Chapter 3: Prayer for Protection and Safety
A covenant-authority prayer covering your life and household. Built on Psalm 91 and Isaiah 54:17. You are not pleading with a distant God, you are enforcing a blood-bought covenant.
Chapter 4: Prayer for Healing and Physical Restoration
A bold, Word-grounded healing prayer standing on Isaiah 53:5 and the name of Jehovah Rapha. Includes guidance on how to pray with the authority the covenant gives you.
Chapter 5: Prayer for Financial Provision and Favour
A prayer of covenant access, not desperation. Built on Philippians 4:19 and Deuteronomy 28:12. Approaching God as a generous Father, not as an ATM.
Chapter 6: Prayer for Family and Relationships
Priestly intercession over your household. Built on Joshua 24:15 and Acts 2:39. Covers prodigals, broken relationships, and spiritual covering over those you love.
Chapter 7: Prayer for Purpose, Destiny, and Direction
For those at a crossroads or pressing into the next season God has ordained. Built on Jeremiah 1:5, Psalm 32:8, and Romans 8:28.
Chapter 8: Warfare Prayer: Pulling Down Strongholds
A direct, authoritative warfare prayer grounded in 2 Corinthians 10:4 and Ephesians 6:13–17. You are not fighting for victory. You are fighting from the position of it.
Chapter 9: Evening Prayer
Closing the day intentionally with God. Releasing offense, covering your sleep, and committing tomorrow to the Lord before it arrives. Built on Psalm 4:8.
Chapter 10: Daily Declarations
Four sets of Word-based declarations to speak out loud every morning over your identity, your mind, your circumstances, and your future. Grounded in Proverbs 18:21, death and life are in the power of the tongue.
Who Is This For?
This compendium is for you if you:
- Pray regularly but feel your prayers are not producing results
- Want to grow in confident, Word-grounded prayer
- Are going through a season of breakthrough, warfare, or waiting
- Lead a family and want to pray with authority over your household
- You are part of the PUSH community and want structured daily fuel for your intercession
- You are a new believer who wants to learn how to pray the way Jesus modelled
How to Use This Compendium
Each prayer is written in the first person so you can pray it immediately and personally. Here are a few practical guidelines:
Pray out loud. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17). Speaking the Word out loud builds your own faith as you pray.
Be specific. Several prayers include a pause point where you name your specific need or situation. Do not skip that moment. God invites precision. Blind Bartimaeus did not say “bless me somehow.” He said “Lord, that I may receive my sight.”
Add your own words. These prayers are a framework, not a script. Let the Holy Spirit lead you deeper as you go.
Pray with expectation. Hebrews 11:6 says God rewards those who diligently seek Him. Come expecting an answer, not just completing a task.
A Note From DDMI

The PUSH community, Pray Until Something Happens, was born from the conviction that prayer is not a last resort. It is the first response of every believer who understands who they are in Christ and who they are talking to when they pray.
